Winning Group is recruiting Distribution Centre Team Members for morning and afternoon roles at its Kemps Creek facility.
These full-time opportunities suit reliable people who enjoy practical work, working with others and keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.
Morning and afternoon positions are available. Afternoon roles attract an afternoon loading. Exact shift hours and remuneration will be confirmed by Winning Group during recruitment.
Applicants are generally expected to hold a forklift (LF) or order picker (LO) licence. For selected morning vacancies, Winning may consider interviewing suitable candidates before they obtain their licence. This is assessed individually and is not guaranteed.
Previous warehouse experience is valued, along with a strong focus on safety, reliability and teamwork.

Key responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and distribution centre operations.
- Work with the team to maintain order accuracy and efficient workflow.
- Assist with receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Handle products carefully and follow safe manual handling procedures. Operate warehouse equipment only where appropriately licensed and authorised.
